The Honda City is set to receive a second facelift for its fifth generation, expected in the second half of 2026 in India. It will serve as a stopgap before the sixth-generation model arrives in 2028. The update is likely to bring refreshed styling inspired by global Honda models, including revised grilles, lighting elements, new alloy wheels, and bumpers, plus minor tweaks and new features like a 360-degree camera, keeping the same petrol as well as hybrid powertrains.

The Honda City hybrid will also be available alongside the petrol variants, retaining the current model’s 126 hp (combined) with a 1.5-litre engine and CVT gearbox setup.
