The Legend Returns: Benelli TRK 602 X

The Legend Returns: Benelli TRK 602 X Makes Its Global Debut.

Benelli has taken the production-spec 2026 TRK 602 X for the markets globally. This is the replacement for the long-running TRK 502. It is the model which offers the bump in performance, revised styling, equipment and updated hardware, and positions itself as a more mature middleweight adventure tourer.

The Legend Returns: Benelli TRK 602 X

Benelli TRK 602 X is the 554cc, twin-cylinder engine which also powers the new TNT 550. This is a liquid-cooled motor that makes 55 bhp and 54 Nm of peak torque. This uses a 270-degree crankshaft, an updated exhaust system, and a revised airbox, which Benelli claims offers improved mid-range performance.

Under the bodywork, the adventure bike features a steel trellis main frame, paired with the new tubular aluminium front section for supporting the headstock as well as the instrument cluster. Benelli has also equipped the bike with a lighter rear subframe, which contributes to the manageable 825 mm seat height.

Production-spec Benelli TRK 602 X Unveiled Globally

The Benelli TRK 602 X rides on 43mm upside-down forks, offers 140mm of travel, while the rear gets the aluminium swingarm with the fully adjustable monoshock, delivering 173mm of suspension travel. The braking hardware consists of the twin 320mm front discs as well as the 260mm rear disc, along with the safety net of switchable dual-channel ABS.

This bike has a kerb weight of 235 kg, which is on the higher side for the engine capacity. On the upside, the 20-litre fuel tank should make it a friendly long-distance touring bike. The TRK 602 X also comes fitted with the hand guards with the integrated indicators, USB socket, engine protection bars, and an aluminium sump guard. This also gets the optional accessories like as aluminium panniers, top box, heated grips, as well as heated seat.
