5 Key Changes in the Tata Punch EV Facelift
Tata Motors had recently launched the Tata Punch ICE facelift, and the Punch EV was next in line for the update. The company has now officially unveiled the Punch EV facelift. This marks the first facelift for the model since its 2023 debut brings the subtle design updates, a new colour option and a few other enhancements.

Design Changes
The most noticeable change is at the front. The updated Punch EV does away with the black strip that earlier ran between the headlamps, instead opting for a neater, sealed-off grille area that sharpens its overall look.
Interior Changes
Moving inside the overall layout will remain the same, but it will get minor tweaks as seen in the ICE model. It is expected to get redesigned AC vents along with improved thigh support for the seats. The other interior highlights consists a two-spoke steering wheel with the illuminated logo, piano black centre console, rotary drive selector with centre screen, and touch-sensitive AC control panel.
Safety Features
The expected safety features consists 6 airbags, electronic stability control, all-wheel disc brake, electronic parking brake with auto-hold, 360-degree camera, and front and rear parking sensors. This speculation suggests that the Punch EV facelift could be offered with the level 2 ADAS.
Battery
The Punch EV is expected to carry forward the same battery pack choices that are standard and long range. The standard gets the 25 kWh battery with the 315 km of MIDC range, and the LR variants get the 35 kWh battery with 421 km of MIDC range.
Launch Date and Price
The Tata Punch Facelift will be launched on 20 February 2026. The price of the Tata Punch EV facelift is expected to come in at a mild premium over the outgoing model, and the expected price is from rupees 10.2 lakh.
