New Hyundai EV Spotted in India
Hyundai has been planning to launch the new EVs by the year 2030, one of which is the new sub-4 metre electric SUV. The test mule got spotted frequently in recent months. The latest spy shots reveal the SUV at a charging station, parked next to the Tata Nexon EV.

Similar to Hyundai’s other sub-4-metre offerings like Venue and Exter, the new electric SUV has a boxy profile. Spied from the rear, the key features consist of a slightly raked windshield, roof-mounted spoiler, and horizontally stacked sharp LED taillights. The other highlights consist of rear parking sensors and a rear-view camera.
The Hyundai’s new B-segment EV has a largely flat roof with robust roof rails. The window frames have an angular profile and appear similar to those of the new Venue. The ORVMs are rectangular units, and they could get cameras to enable 360-degree view functions. Although the wheels are not clearly visible, they appear to have a dual-tone finish. In the earlier spy shots, we had also watched one of the base variants with the steel wheel.

With the latest spy shots of Hyundai’s new small EV, the front section has not been revealed. The test mule got spotted earlier this year in January and was seen with the pixel-style top-mounted LED DRLs. In between DRLs, Hyundai has used its four-dot logo. The headlamps are rectangular units placed lower, at wheel level. The SUV has a prominent front bumper, circular wheel arches, flush door handles, and a compact bonnet.
