New Hyundai Tucson Interior Spotted  17-Inch Pleos Screen Expected

The new Hyundai Tucson is coming, and it looks very different from the current model. The design is changing from sharp and futuristic to a more boxy and rugged SUV look. It will look tougher and stronger, like a proper off-roader. The design is inspired by the Hyundai Crater concept car.

The biggest change is inside the car. The new Tucson will get a massive 17-inch touchscreen in the middle of the dashboard. This screen is like a big tablet. It controls almost everything in the car. They are removing many buttons and putting everything on the screen. This is Hyundai’s new way of designing car interiors.

The screen runs on a new system called Pleos Connect. It has a smart voice assistant named Gleo. You can talk to Gleo like you talk to a person. You can say things like “Turn on the AC and play my favourite song,” and it will do both things at once. The screen is split into two parts. The left side shows your speed and other driving info. The right side is for maps, music, and other apps.

Even though there is a big screen, Hyundai has kept some physical buttons. They have kept knobs for volume and climate control. This is good because you can adjust these without taking your eyes off the road. This is safer while driving.

The new Tucson will also have a slim 9.9-inch digital instrument cluster behind the steering wheel. Top models might also get a 12-inch Head-Up Display, which shows information on the windscreen. The seats are called “Relaxation Comfort” seats. They can recline into a zero-gravity position, which is very comfortable. The gear selector has moved to the steering column, which frees up space in the centre for storage.

The new Tucson is expected to make its global debut in late 2026 as a 2027 model. It will launch first in Korea. For India, we can expect it to arrive sometime in 2027. It will likely come with turbo-petrol engines and possibly hybrid versions.
