Toyota Urban Cruiser Ebella E1 Entry-Level Variant: Key Specs & Features
Toyota has officially entered India’s electric vehicle space with the debut of Urban Cruiser Ebella. This will go on sale soon in India. This has been based on the Maruti e-Vitara; the Ebella will be offered in three trims, namely, E1, E2, and E3. The entry-level trim will be available exclusively with the 49 kWh battery pack coupled to a single electric motor mounted at the front.

The setup delivers the 142 bhp maximum power as well as 189 Nm of torque. The charging support at the E1 is limited to 7 kW AC charger, as well as we expecte it to be priced around Rs. 17 lakh (ex-showroom). Being the base model, this has been packed with features and technologies benefits by local production at Suzuki manifacturing unit in Gujarat.
For the Design, front-end features LED daytime running lights flanking projector headlamps, while the charging port has been integrated into the front fender. Stepping inside, the cabin follows the familiar layout as eVitara with the dual-tone brown as well as black interior theme. The dashboard has been dominated by the dual-screen setup consisting of 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster and a 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment system.
The E1 variants offer the fabric upholstery, a height-adjustable driver seat, tilt, as well as telescopic steering adjustment, auto-dimming IRVM and keyless entry with the push-button start. The rear-seat passengers benefit from the sliding as well as reclining seats with the 40:20:40 split layout along with the centre armrest features integrated cupholders. The single-zone automatic climate controls with PM 2.5 air filter is also at offer.
