2026 Porsche 911 GT3 launched at Rs. 3.32 Crore

Porsche has launched the 2026 911 GT3 in India at a base price of ₹3.32 crore (ex-showroom). This is the facelifted version, known as the 992-series. It sits right between the standard Carrera models and the top-of-the-line Turbo S in Porsche’s lineup. Bookings are now open through Porsche’s official configurator.

Let us first talk about the engine and performance. The GT3 keeps its famous 4.0-litre naturally aspirated flat-six engine. It produces 510 hp and 450 Nm of torque. For India, it comes only with a 7-speed PDK dual-clutch automatic transmission. The car goes from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.4 seconds. The top speed is 311 km/h. The engine has been updated with new cylinder heads and hotter camshafts taken from the extreme GT3 RS. It also gets an 8% shorter final drive ratio, which means quicker acceleration response.

Now let us look at the chassis and aerodynamics. The car has a double-wishbone front suspension and a multi-link rear suspension. Rear-axle steering with a sport setup is standard. The aerodynamics have been improved with redesigned front air intakes, updated underbody panels, and a large fixed rear wing. This generates aggressive downforce for better grip on the track. The car sits on lightweight staggered forged alloy wheels. The fronts are 20 inches and the rears are 21 inches.

Next, let us step inside the cabin. The standard interior features a premium Black Race-Tex layout with contrasting GT Silver themes. The seats are 4-way electric sports seats. The dashboard has a fully digital 12.6-inch curved instrument cluster and a 10.9-inch central touchscreen. For buyers who want more, Porsche offers expensive add-ons. You can choose the Weissach Package, which adds lightweight carbon-fibre parts. There is also the Manthey Kit for even better track performance. And if you want a unique colour, you can use Porsche’s Paint-To-Sample program. A “regular” Paint to Sample colour costs an extra ₹23.17 lakh. If you want a completely custom colour through Paint to Sample Plus, it costs ₹55.21 lakh more. That is more than the price of a small family SUV!

The 2026 Porsche 911 GT3 is a track-focused supercar with a high-revving naturally aspirated engine, advanced aerodynamics, and extensive customization options. It costs ₹3.32 crore. Bookings are open, and deliveries will start later this year.
