Skoda Kushaq Facelift Launch Date Revealed: Design Changes, Features & More
The Skoda Kushaq has been long overdue for a facelift, and the upcoming update is one of the most anticipated mass-market product launches in India. The refreshed model is expected to feature a striking design, along with a healthy dose of new features, as well as technology.

Launch Timeline
Launched in 2021, the Skoda Kushaq was the first product under the brand’s “India 2.0 Project”, and became an instant hit. Loved by many, it remains one of the best options in its segment. Skoda India now seems to be moving closer to a long-awaited facelift with indications pointing to an early 2026 debut.
What is new in the Skoda Kushaq Facelift?
The facelifted Skoda Kushaq will feature an updated exterior design that incorporates Skoda’s new Modern solid design language. It will get a new grille, revised headlights and taillights, redesigned bumpers and tailgate, along with alloy wheels.

In terms of features and technology, the updated model is likely to offer a panoramic sunroof, an upgraded infotainment screen, a 360-degree camera with an improved audio system, and a revised driver’s display. It continues to offer electrically adjustable as well as ventilated front seats.
Powertrains Options

The 2026 Skoda Kushaq is expected to carry forward the same engine and transmission options as the current model. These consist of two turbocharged petrol engines, with a choice to choose of manual or automatic gearbox. However, the 1.5-litre TSI is no longer available with a manual gearbox.

Price and Rivals
The Skoda Kushaq Facelift is expected to be priced from Rs. 11 lakh (ex-showroom). Once launched, the updated Kushaq will continue to compete with rivals such as the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Tata Sierra, Victoris, Kia Seltos, and Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder.
