Brixton Crossfire 500 Storr Seen Testing in India for the First Time
The Brixton Crossfire 500 Storr got spotted testing in India. First unveiled at the 2024 EICMA show in the production avatar, the Storr looks quite promising, but does it have what it takes to hold its own against the current as well as upcoming rivals.

With the spy shots, the Brixton Crossfire 500 Storr appears to consist of a good balance of elegance as well as purpose-built looks. The design is unlike anything that has been seen before any motorcycle sold in India, although if we go global, the Storr looks quite similar to the Husqvarna Norden 901.

This got powered with the same 486cc liquid-cooled, parallel twin engine as Brixton Crossfire X and Crossfire XC, which makes 47.6 PS of power and 43 Nm of torque. The Storr looks solid on paper. With the 19/17-inch cross-spoke tubeless wheel setup fitted with the dual-purpose tyres, the Storr will be able to move on rough roads without breaking much sweat.
Competition and Price Check
The Benelli TRK 502 is the only 500cc parallel-twin adventure bike in India for a long time, until the Honda CB500X came into the picture. The CB500X was rebadged as the NX500, along with a massive price increase. At Rs. 5.90 lakh, this offers great value for money when you compare it with Benelli TRK502’s more premium 6.2-lakh price tag. Brixton has its work cut out when it comes to pricing, as this will have undercut the NX500 to make a dent in the 500cc ADV segment in India.

If Brixton manages to price the bike at around Rs. 5.5-5.6 lakh, this will certainly have a promising product on its hand, but the brand will also have to expand its dealer network. This currently has presence only in 5 states in India, and company will also have to pull all stops for increase the awareness of brand.
