Renault Kwid Facelift Spotted Testing
A facelift for the Renault Kwid got spotted doing the rounds. The face, logos, and tail lamps have been covered up, indicating what is going to be updated when the version is released.

We also expect the additional features for the cabin, like the bigger touchscreen as well as a new digital instrument cluster, as part of the deal.
There are no mechanical changes expected, and it will continue with the 1.0-litre cylinder petrol engine that produces 65 bhp and 96 Nm of torque. This engine can be had with the five-speed MT or a five-speed AMT.
The automaker had hinted that the Kwid was not part of the automaker’s four-model plan, which would launch in India by 2027, but it would get an update of some type to keep it relevant.
With the interest in the entry-level segment waning, Renault is expected to keep this generation of the Kwid alive as long as there is demand. This has two rivals, which are the Maruti Alto and Maruti Celerio.
