On November 5, 2026, the company officially commenced commercial customer fulfillment for the Royal Enfield Flying Flea C6 in Chennai, priced at Rs 2.79 lakh (ex-showroom). Chennai becomes the fourth major Indian metropolis to receive the heritage-inspired electric motorcycle—joining initial rollouts across Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad—supported by an expansive network of 14 newly inaugurated retail and service touchpoints.

To provide an authentic, high-touch ownership experience, Royal Enfield has established 2 company-owned flagship experience stores alongside 12 authorized retail partner hubs across key commercial districts in Chennai. Each facility features specialized high-voltage service bays, fast-charging amenities, and bespoke Flying Flea apparel collections.

• Magnesium Battery Casing: The structural battery pack is encased in a ribbed magnesium housing that maximizes passive cooling while keeping overall kerb weight down to an astonishing 110 kg.
• Proprietary VCU & Software: Features an in-house developed Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) calculating over 200,000 algorithms per second to optimize regenerative braking and energy consumption.

150 km Range and Smartphone Connected Cockpit

The Flying Flea C6 achieves a certified 150 km IDC range on a single charge, effortlessly fulfilling daily metropolitan commuting needs. It connects to a household 3-pin 15A wall socket to charge from 10% to 80% in approximately 3.5 hours.

The cockpit features a circular full-colour touchscreen TFT console with customizable vintage dials, turn-by-turn navigation, lean-angle sensors, and smartphone remote unlocking via NFC keycards.
