Triumph Bonneville 400 got spotted testing in India!
The upcoming Triumph Bonneville 400 has been spotted testing in India for the first time. This retro bike will be the British manufacturer’s latest addition to the 400 lineup in India. This was recently being tested abroad, but it is likely to use the new downsized 349cc motor in India.

From the spy shots, the bike appears to stay true to the Bonneville lineage, with the retro design. This gets the round LED headlight, a teardrop-shaped tank, chunky mudguards, and the signature peashooter exhaust.
The hardware is also traditional, with the gaitered telescopic fork and twin rear-shock absorbers, which are similar to the larger-capacity Bonneville models. This adds the modern touch with the single-pod digital instrument console. The console could offer features such as smartphone connectivity for turn-by-turn navigation.
With respect to the engine, Triumph has been working on downsizing the 400cc lineup to under 350cc to benefit with the lower taxation in the sub-category of 350cc. The brand has recently launched the Tracker 400 as well as the entire 400 lineup in India, now in 350cc guise.
