Beyond these car launches, there are two significant policy changes taking effect from July 1, 2026.

1.  **Delhi EV Policy 2026 in Effect:** Delhi’s new EV policy begins on **July 1, 2026**. It offers a 100% exemption on road tax and registration fees for all electric vehicles, with the benefit for four-wheelers applying to cars priced up to ₹30 lakh.
