The CLA Electric will be available in the single CLA 250+ variant, which gets powered by the 85.5kWh battery pack paired with the rear axle-mounted electric motor, which produces 268bhp. The sedan is claimed to accelerate from 0-100 kmph in 6.7 seconds, and this offers a WLTP-certified range of up to 792 km. This also features a two-speed transmission aimed at improving efficiency as well as performance across varying speeds.

With respect to design, the new CLA features a distinctive, illuminated front grille with 142 integrated star elements, connected LED DRLs, LED headlamps, flush-fitting door handles, and 18-inch alloy wheels. This retains the coupe-like sloping roofline and frameless doors, and stays true to CLA’s signature silhouette. The model measures 4.7 meters in length, and consists of a wheelbase of 2,790mm. There are colour options including Alpine Grey, Cosmic Black, Clear Blue, Polar White, and Patagonia Red.

The cabin is equipped with the 14-inch touchscreen infotainment, which runs the brand’s latest operating system with the integrated ChatGPT, Microsoft Bing support, and Gemini. The other highlights have a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, fixed glaas roof, illuminated dasshboard elements, aluminium pedals, AMG-specific upholstery, and powered front seats with the heating and massage functions. The CLA electric also offers the 405 litres of boot space, along with 101-litre frunk.
