KTM Prices are expected to increase from 1 June in India

KTM India is expected to increase prices by ₹4,000 to ₹6,000 across its locally manufactured lineup starting June 1, 2026. The company has not issued an official public statement yet. However, prominent automotive portals report that major dealerships have already begun informing prospective buyers about the upcoming price hike. If you are planning to buy a KTM, you should book it before June 1 to save money.

The price revision will impact almost all locally produced models. This includes the entry-level 160 Duke and goes all the way up to the flagship 390 Adventure S. The recently introduced 350 Duke and 350 Adventure models will also see an upward price adjustment. These 350cc models were launched to bridge the gap between the 250cc and 390cc bikes. Premium, large-displacement flagship motorcycles that are imported into India as Completely Built Units are expected to hold their current pricing. The hike is primarily due to rising raw material expenses and higher overall manufacturing costs. Notably, partner brand Triumph is also rumoured to be raising prices on its mid-capacity 350cc models due to similar production pressures.

The current ex-showroom Delhi price of the KTM 160 Duke LCD variant is ₹1.74 lakh. After the hike, it will cost between ₹1.78 lakh and ₹1.80 lakh. The KTM 250 Duke currently costs ₹2.12 lakh. After the hike, it will cost between ₹2.16 lakh and ₹2.18 lakh. The KTM 250 Adventure currently costs ₹2.42 lakh. After the hike, it will cost between ₹2.46 lakh and ₹2.48 lakh. The KTM 390 Duke currently costs ₹2.77 lakh. After the hike, it will cost between ₹2.81 lakh and ₹2.83 lakh. The KTM 390 Adventure currently costs ₹2.81 lakh. After the hike, it will cost between ₹2.85 lakh and ₹2.87 lakh. The KTM RC 390 currently costs ₹3.22 lakh. After the hike, it will cost between ₹3.26 lakh and ₹3.27 lakh. The KTM 390 Adventure S currently costs ₹3.97 lakh. After the hike, it will cost between ₹4.01 lakh and ₹4.03 lakh.

Because the amount of the hike is relatively small compared to the overall cost of the premium 250cc and 390cc bikes, it is unlikely to drastically change their value for money. However, if you are looking to save on registration and insurance costs, making a booking before June 1 will lock in the current, lower ex-showroom price.

If you are thinking of buying a KTM, you should book it before June 1 to save between ₹4,000 and ₹6,000. You should consider the 160 Duke if you want an entry-level performance bike. You should consider the 250 Duke or 250 Adventure if you want a good balance of power and price. You should consider the 390 Duke or 390 Adventure if you want the full KTM performance experience. You should consider the RC 390 if you want a sporty, track-focused motorcycle. You should consider the 350 Duke or 350 Adventure if you want the newer, more affordable 350cc models. You should also consider the Triumph 400cc range if you want an alternative to KTM. Triumph is also rumoured to be increasing prices, so book early there as well.
