Ather Energy has increased the ex-showroom prices of its family-oriented electric scooter, the Ather Rizta, by up to ₹4,000. The updated pricing structure came into effect on June 1, 2026. The increase is driven primarily by rising input costs and raw material expenses across the industry. If you are planning to buy a Rizta, you will now have to pay a little more than before.

The Ather Rizta S with the 2.9 kWh battery is the premium family scooter. It features a 123 km certified range and a standard DeepView display. It received a ₹3,999 hike, bringing its new ex-showroom price to ₹1,21,499. The Ather Rizta Z with the 2.9 kWh battery is the mid-tier variant. It is equipped with a 7-inch TFT touchscreen, Google Maps, and SkidControl. It received a ₹4,001 hike, bringing its new ex-showroom price to ₹1,36,999. The Ather Rizta S with the 3.7 kWh battery is the extended-range base model. It offers up to 159 km IDC-certified range. It received a ₹4,001 hike, bringing its new ex-showroom price to ₹1,44,500. The Ather Rizta Z with the 3.7 kWh battery is the top-tier trim. It bundles maximum battery capacity with the complete premium software features package. It received a ₹4,001 hike, bringing its new ex-showroom price to ₹1,56,999.

Despite the price adjustment, the Rizta retains its competitive hardware utility that has made it a popular family model. It has a massive 56-litre combined storage capacity. This consists of a 34-litre under-seat trunk and an optional 22-litre front frunk. The safety integration includes SkidControl traction management, Fall Safe capability, and Emergency Stop Signal braking indicators.
