Maruti Suzuki to hike prices by Rs. 30,000 from June
The car market Maruti Suzuki India on Thursday said it will hike prices of its vehicle across the models by up to Rs. 30,000 from June 2026, citing inflationary pressure as well as an adverse cost enviornment.

The company has decided for increassing the prices of its models across the portfolio by up to Rs. 30,000 with the effect from June 2026, Maruti Suzuki India said in regulation filling.
For the past several months, the ccompany has been making continous efforts to mitigate the cost impact to extent possible through the cost reduction measures,” said by company.
Although, it is said, “With inflationary pressures now att elevated levels & adverse cost enviornment persisting, the company has to pass at the portion of increased costs to market, while continuing for ensuring that the impact on customers is kept to minimum extent possible. “Maruti Suzuki India currently sells the range of vehicles from the entry-level S-Presso to premium utility Invicto got priced between Rs. 3.49 lakh and Rs. 28.7 lakh.
In the recent past, company officials had hinted at the possiblity of price hike with respect to rising costs, specially commodities.
In January this year, the company came out with the price protection scheme for the customers who booked their vehicles, as it could not supply with respect to production constraints.
