Nissan Set to Bring Patrol SUV to India Soon
Several options consisting of the CBU route are being discussed right now. The company’s last such effort, X-Trail, did not exactly go as planned, although the Patrol can be a different game, according to the leadership.

Nissan has been trying to expand the Patrol’s footprint outside the Middle East market. The brand has seen a good response in Australia.
“CBU is an option, and yes, we want to have some spice for India, so we are looking at some of our iconic models, ” remarked Cartier.
This is the flagship luxury SUV from Nissan in the 7th generation. The full-size luxury SUV combines rugged body-on-frame capability with the premium features and has been offered with two powerful engine choices, a 3.8-litre V6 engine, which pushes 316 PS and 386 Nm of torque. The 3.5-litre twin turbo V6 engine is good for 425 PS and 700 Nm of peak torque.
In terms of features, the Nissan Patrol comes with the adaptive air suspension, piano button E-shifter, multiple ride modes like Rock, Sand, Eco, Mud, Standard and Sport.
The other mentions include the Pro-pilot feature, which takes control of steering, accelerating, and brakingaking, and rear automatic emergency braking, a 28.6-inch monolith display, predictive forward collision warning, head-up display, paddle shifters, panoramic sunroof, 8-way + 2-way power lumbar as seat adjust, rain sensor wiper, signature double c-shape headlights + auto lights, rear differential lock, cruise control + speed limiter, and interior multicolor illumination among others.
This serves as flagship SUV, and will lock horns with the likes of Land Rover Discovery, BMW XM, Audi RS Q8, and Mercedes-Benz Maybach EQS SUV, to name a some.
