Rolls Royce Spectre Series II revealed
Rolls-Royce has officially revealed the Spectre Series II. This is a heavily upgraded version of the ultra-luxury all-electric super-coupé. The update introduces a high-performance Black Badge variant that produces 670 horsepower, officially making it the most powerful production Rolls-Royce ever created. Instead of a complete visual overhaul, the British luxury house has focused its efforts under the skin. They have delivered significant improvements to range, performance, charging efficiency, and bespoke cabin options. If you want the ultimate electric luxury car, the Spectre Series II is now even better.

The standard Rolls-Royce Spectre Series II outputs about 593 horsepower and 1,015 Nm of torque. The Black Badge Apex variant steps up to 670 horsepower via a new “Infinity Mode.” It also delivers an earth-shattering 1,100 Nm of torque in “Spirited Mode.” Re-engineered battery cell technology extends the overall electric driving range by up to 18 percent. This pushes it to 390 miles, which is about 628 kilometres, under the WLTP testing cycle. Thanks to optimized electrical systems, battery charging times have been reduced by up to 14 percent.
Rolls-Royce opted to keep the widely praised fastback profile, clean surfacing, and split-headlamp layout untouched. A new solid exterior paint option named Ethereal Blue joins the lineup to accentuate the car’s flowing body lines. The car features new 23-inch forged alloy wheels with a faceted multi-spoke design. Each wheel takes up to six hours to hand-finish. The performance Black Badge variant introduces Iced Black exterior detailing, turning the brightwork, including the iconic Spirit of Ecstasy, into a satin matte finish.
The dashboard glass fascia now spans the entire width of the cabin. It integrates a new illuminated passenger fascia adorned with 8,108 pixel-like lights. There is a brand-new, aviation-inspired clock housed within an up-lit glass vitrine that subtly showcases a solid stainless-steel Spirit of Ecstasy figurine. The car introduces Duality Twill, a contemporary, highly detailed interior fabric made from bamboo fibres and embroidered with an abstract double-R pattern. A new high-gloss wood veneer called Brindled Walnut is also available. It is meticulously crafted by blending waste walnut wood with residual eucalyptus fibres.
If you are thinking of buying the Rolls-Royce Spectre Series II, you should do so if you want the most powerful Rolls-Royce ever made. You want the ultimate in electric luxury. You want a range of 628 kilometres and faster charging. You want the exclusive Black Badge Apex variant with 670 horsepower. You want the exquisite craftsmanship of the new interior materials. You have a very high budget.
You should consider the Ferrari Luce if you want a rival electric luxury car from Ferrari. You should consider the Bentley electric SUV if you want a different luxury brand. But if you want the best of British luxury, the Rolls-Royce Spectre Series II is the one to buy.
